I don't think it matters. He doesn't move his head well enough to avoid that shot. Makabu caught him with it a couple of fights ago and I'm convinced Haye will do the same but with more devastating results. Just going into a shell doesn't mean you'll survive a load of rounds. Every shot Haye hits Bellew with whether on the arms, shoulders, head or body will hurt. Bellew would be better just coming out and having a slugfest in the hope that he can land a hail Mary punch than trying to ride the storm.

Wlad was equally to blame for the abysmal nature of their fight. I like haye, doesn't mean I'm going to pretend those two fights didn't suck. I've no problem with the short ones you listed.

I've just heard a new interview with Bellew and he sounds very negative about the fight.. This has reiterated my assumption it may go the distance. Bellew will play it safe and avoid engaging for the majority of the fight.

Both of them have been in there fair few of negative fights over the years. People are forgetting Haye hates to get into wars or trade punches with opponents. The difference here is Bellew will punch back and he can crack himself. Haye will only blast him out given Bellew curls up and lets him load up. Bellew may not come across as the brightest spark but I'll tell you fellas there is no chance Haye will be allowed to tee off, without Bellew throwing something back.

Haye talks nonsense and does anything to sell the fight. He is a businessman looking for his next pay day.

Haye was actually known for trading too much and being reckless at Cruiserweight. He only became safety first when he moved up and started fighting guys who weighed 3 stone more than him and who were much taller. Bellew is a Cruiserweight.

You are correct, my point is that bellew has never had to go away and perform in a big fight. When he has v stevenson he acted the hard man and came out scared to do anything.

He portrays this hard man image but in reality he has had a very favourable career who in my opinion hasn't earnt his stripes the hard way. He has been well matched at cruiser and in the so called 50/50 fight he had it in his dream venue.

He now has to go to hayes heartland, and try to prove that he can go away in a fight that is stacked against him and not go into his shell.
