Hersisia knocked down

What's meant by the somewhat cryptic comment under Richel Hersisia last fight. If I think what it is, it's just someone's opinion and therefore should be out. When you get a count, you're considered knocked down.

Hands up, but I can't remember the exact circumstances. Olaf Schroeder telling me something about it, I'm seeing him this weekend so I'll ask him again then.

Olaf said he thought it was a knockdown until Richel told him in the changing room that he hadn't been knocked down and it was a slip. Olaf (worried that Richel was imagining things) went over to the supervisor and asked him what happened, the super confirmed Richel's story. I know Olaf well, he is one of the few guys to be trusted 100%.
However if there are any further doubts I will happily pursue it with the German federation.
