Pacquaio Khan Official
Pacquaio Khan Official
April 23. Jeff Horn fight off.
Think this could actually be a pretty good fight. Manny the clear favorite of course.

Good fight Khan has only had bad losses v big punchers and pacquaio hasn't knocked anyone out in a decade so could be a competitive distance fight

I'll be betting on Khan. Though i wouldn't consider a tweet from manny as official.
Re: Pacquaio Khan Official
horn fight was stupid, good that it is off, bob realized what a stupid match up it was.
khan is a legit opponent and while pacquiao is way out of his prime, khan still prime.

Re: Pacquaio Khan Official
It seems to me that every time Khan receives a barrage of hatred from the forum for not facing Kell Brook, he ends up fighting a more lucrative and a more prestigious opponent instead.
Eddie Hearn insists that Khan isn't the A-side in negotiations to face Brook, with the Matchroom boss demanding 50-50 terms... and then he lambasts Amir from abandoning discussions in order to face bigger name opponents that provide better paydays instead.
Khan can win this fight. He's very familiar with Pacquiao's style and the Filipino is clearly not as heavy-handed as Canelo. I think that the Brit has a far busier work-rate as well.
Pacquiao deserves to be installed as the betting favourite, but Khan can win this.

Duco promotions are still saying they are in negotiations with Bob Arum, and Arum hasn't told them anything about Pacman v Khan
Re: Pacquaio Khan Official
I hope Khan destroys him.

I'd love to see him in with Brook but as long as he keeps pulling off some of the best paydays in boxing he's pretty much immune to criticism.
As for his chances, he is vulnerable against big punchers and I think the odds against Pacquiao hitting him hard enough to stop him are slim.
His days of overwhelming opponents are gone also.
On points it's interesting, even in his defeats khans taken rounds using his workrate, under-rated offensive skills and tremendous hand speed. He will win rounds against Manny, although I expect not enough of them.
I've got this about a 75/25 fight for Pacquiao

I agree Khan can win this,it's all about timing and the time is right.Enlightened-One wrote:It seems to me that every time Khan receives a barrage of hatred from the forum for not facing Kell Brook, he ends up fighting a more lucrative and a more prestigious opponent instead.

Khan style is to start good then make a big mistake the only way Khan beats Pacman is if he past it that's the only question

Yeah pretty much as you say! Pacman The Favorite entering!Enlightened-One wrote:It seems to me that every time Khan receives a barrage of hatred from the forum for not facing Kell Brook, he ends up fighting a more lucrative and a more prestigious opponent instead.

Re: Pacquaio Khan Official
Pacquiao has enough left to win a decision over Khan. Pac has not enough left to KO Khan. Pac by wide dec.
Re: Pacquaio Khan Official
Duco promotions were on Foxpsorts TV in Australia yesterday saying they had heard nothing from Arum regarding this bout and the only info regarding it is tweets by Manny. They are still negotiating with Arum for a Brisbane bout with Horn. Until Toprank / Arum say otherwise they are treating it as a April fight for Horn v Pacquiao.SaadOffTheDeck wrote:100% true.Jip wrote:SaadOffTheDeck wrote: I mean Manny is negotiating without him, arum still wants the horn fight.
