David Haye getting played..
David Haye getting played..
Remember when Angel Garcia said "I ain't seen no Pa*ki that can take a punch" to Khan?
Khan lost his mind and went out and fought dumb and got KTFO.
I think this is what Hearn is up to, it's the ONLY way they can win.

Re: David Haye getting played..
I don't think Haye cares. He's going to splatter him come what may.

Re: David Haye getting played..
I think an angry David Haye is even more dangerous than a relaxed David Haye. The amount of spite he's gonna put behind his already monstrous power is gonna be scary.
Btw I hope Bellew wins but I know there's more chance of me becoming P4P best ever.

Re: David Haye getting played..
If he goes out all wild it won't matter he will still bang him out, Bellew won't be able to hurt Haye, the sky hype train keep saying he's a banger but I don't buy it.
Re: David Haye getting played..
I think Bellew can bang at a level. He's not the specimen that Haye is, only thing that can derail Haye is ring rust and any underlying injury doubts.
Re: David Haye getting played..
I think David Haye will smash him even quicker now. Not sen haye like this with an opponent before that is genuine. I guess Eddie is hoping he gasses early but haye is no mug, I think he will punch in bunches and wont even bother with jabbing his way in.
Re: David Haye getting played..
25/1 in 60 seconds worth £5 haye will splat bellew like a big fat blue bottle fly
Re: David Haye getting played..
Haye has not took this fight too lose , He sees a potential colosal money spinner with AJ has a reward , and NO WAY is he not going to be in shape , In his interview ,he said he had done all the right things and had all the right treatment and his injuries are good , personaly i believe him , there especielly good for him to fight easy fights and smaller guys
36 Its getting up there but not too old for a guy who's kept himself in shape especielly going to heavyweight , I don't think age will be an issue ,, Bellow should really of kept his mouth shut , What Bellow has done is create some spite , and gave Haye a reason to want to win even more than he already had .
When you knock a man down ,, take your knock down , take your win , don't give him a reason to get up ,,, Bellow has done just that he's gave Haye a reason and motivation to win by KO

It is interesting that Boomer seems very emotional whereas I get the impression that Haye can act and say whatever he feels like but deep down he is able to detach himself and to concentrate on the job that needs to be done.
He has been around the block and around too long to be affected, I hope Boomer comes out swinging ........

I agree. Haye can play the game but Bellew seems to become emotionally involved.bripez wrote:It is interesting that Boomer seems very emotional whereas I get the impression that Haye can act and say whatever he feels like but deep down he is able to detach himself and to concentrate on the job that needs to be done.

People see them both getting riled but I think there's more chance of Haye walking off and laughing about it with his mates afterwards with Bellew still spitting feathers come the first bell

Appearantly I'm alone, but I think the chance that it will go to distance is a lot higher.thechump wrote:25/1 in 60 seconds worth £5 haye will splat bellew like a big fat blue bottle fly
Re: David Haye getting played..
The only ones getting played are the morons buying into this fake WWE crap. Eddie could sell you a quorn pasty and you'd think there was "real beef" in it.
Re: David Haye getting played..
Bellew seems to have a natural talent for pissing everyone and anyone off! Before this fight I'd hate him one week then think 'ah he's not that bad' the next. The guy is a massive scrotum itch and Haye is gonna scratch him hard
At least after he gets chinned he can go back to being 'the best cruiserweight on the planet'

Anyone know what's with 'Haye's 3 trips to Germany' that Bellew has mentioned?

yes mate you are on your own, even someone with limited boxing knowledge would know this would not go the distance

Re: David Haye getting played..
Haye stopped a prime Chisora who is an insanely tough guy, how is Bellew going to last longer? I know Tony is tough and if he gets knocked down he gets up but people just don't get up when Haye Chins them, Haye hits too damn hard.TopGun wrote:asdfjkl wrote:Appearantly I'm alone, but I think the chance that it will go to distance is a lot higher.thechump wrote:25/1 in 60 seconds worth £5 haye will splat bellew like a big fat blue bottle fly

You're not wrong, mate. I remember wincing a bit watching Haye land some of his shots on Ruiz. No way Bellew stand up to anything like what Haye threw at Ruiz or Chisora.Nightmare Roy wrote:Haye stopped a prime Chisora who is an insanely tough guy, how is Bellew going to last longer? Re: David Haye getting played..
I heard Frock say in an interview that it could be a tough night for Haye 'if' Bellew can take Hayes punches and drag him late into the fight.
It is a very big 'if' considering Chisora couldn't do it.
Also, Bellew keeps mentioning a sparring session from years ago when supposedly got the better of Haye. Pretty worrying that he has to rely on reminding himself of that to give himself confidence.

The first minit already a KO win vs going to distance?Nightmare Roy wrote:Haye stopped a prime Chisora who is an insanely tough guy, how is Bellew going to last longer? I still think the chances of going to distance is higher.

Reminds me more of when Hearn claimed Frampton was absolutely rattled pre-Quigg, and that didn't go to plan for Fast Eddie.Jon Saxon wrote:Remember when Angel Garcia said "I ain't seen no Pa*ki that can take a punch" to Khan?

Froch doesn't believe that for a second, he works for sky, it's his job to help Hype/sell the fight.keirw wrote:I heard Frock say in an interview that it could be a tough night for Haye 'if' Bellew can take Hayes punches and drag him late into the fight.
