Sanchez doesn't decide who GGG faces and at which weight. GGG would take on Ward at 168 instead of Adama, Rubio or Monroe, but the only time Ward "wanted" a fight was when Golovkin just signed for a unification fight. The only reason 164 was ever mentioned was for negotiating purposed. Ward wanted to come from obscurity and get 50% of a purse, so GGG Team wanted to move him playing the weight card.
You asked me questions and I simply supplied you with answers sourced directly from the proverbial horse's mouth. I also asked you questions, which you refrained from answering, because in order to answer them, you had to acknowledge Team GGG's claims.
I didn't express a personal opinion, but I will now...
Gennady Golovkin has every right to seek the biggest fights possible, because it’s only him that gets repeatedly punched in the face for the sake of entertaining us fight fans... and it is his responsibility to protect the long term financial interests of his family.
Therefore, if Loeffler and Sanchez prefer to steer his career in a certain direction in order to minimise risk, whilst maximizing his pay, then they’re simply safeguarding his interests, which is technically going above and beyond the scope of their responsibility.
I won’t criticise Golovkin’s inconsistencies, because all fighters are guilty of the same “crime”.
That said, I will attack those casual fight fans that choose to apply double-standards, whereby their favourite fighters always receive a “free pass”, whereas their closest rivals (or villains) are aggressively derided.
Unfortunately, the vast majority of your moralistic claims about Golovkin are untrue, even though I would personally like them to be.
Remember, you once denied that anyone from Team GGG ever mentioned a 164lbs catch-weight stipulation, whilst you proceeded to attack Canelo's choice for facing Khan at 155lbs.
And guess what happened… Golovkin subsequently fought a welterweight at 160lbs, despite agressively criticising catch-weights, he then subsequently conceded that Kell Brook was far too small for a middleweight... and then I posted a tonne of videos whereby Loeffler, Sanchez and Golovkin himself openly discussed the 164lbs catch-weight.
When you challenged my claims about Loeffler, despite the video of his own words, Dan Rafael and Doug Fischer both emailed Loeffler about the 164lbs catch-weight stipulation, which the K2 boss conceded in writing.
And now you're openly defending Golovkin's previous 164lb catch-weight demands against Ward, despite previously being ashamed to admit that his team even asked for it.
Believe it or not, I’m a Golovkin fan, but I’m primarily a fan of reality… and I always feel compelled to challenge blind bias that is severe to the point of ignorance, hence the reasons why I chose to use Team GGG's very own words to undermine your claims. And you've responded with what, insults?
You recently said that my opinions were "lame", but all I’ve done today is supply videos of Team GGG, but this has somehow caused you great offence. I wonder why?
