Is Ioka moving up ?
Ioka Gym (the promoter) manages Sho Ishida (WBA #1 Super Flyweight). Not Ioka the fighter (the promoter is Kazuto's uncle Hiroki Ioka)

That's right, he had the Commonwealth, and Hasking had the British.

All of them
In theory, if their next fight was for the British and they won the European in the fight after, they could find themselves in line for one of the many world titles out there.

Though who they beat for these titles would have a great effect on their credibility as contenders.

Ok then let's consider Don's next 2 fights?

Anybody remember a few years back when I started that Prizefighter thread with a few of the Fly/SuperFlys on here, and we more or less organized it ourselves? I asked Broadhurst, and Power & A Sexton said they were up for it on here. Some of us then bashed Eddie on twitter, and then boom, there was a SuperFly Prizefighter. 2011 that was.

That was the power of Boxrec :bag:

True. But it's a massive step up. Trying to think of fighters who have done that only one I can think of is Charlie Edwards( english champ to world title shot).

Butcher vs Edwards for the British next month

Conlan has the Commonwealth

EBU Fly is vacant, and they have no Superfly belt.

Jonas Sultan has the IBF Inter-Continental Super Flyweight Title

Yoan Boyeaux is ranked #9 for the above. French based, easy to get over to get Don a ranking
http://boxrec.com/boxer/517855

Can Don beat these men? This would put him on a similar path to the one Kal took and legitimise the fight to a degree.

Would like to Sultan over here, he's been good on the road, heavy handed and very hungry. Really solid fighter.

Would he cost Eddie much to get him over you think? And would Don need to beat one of their ranked fighters first?

Filipino fighters rarely get paid highly (obvious examples aside), travelled 3 times recently and would likely travel again...he is a danger man though stopping Tete's brother in South Africa and touted Tatsuya Ikemizu in Japan, and running Onaga MUCH closer than the cards suggested...Don't think you need to be ranked to fight for International titles

What a joke of a fight.. Don has had 3 fights in the last 3 years. He was a very good Am but aint done much as a Pro, Yes winning the Commonwealth but look who he fought for it Isaac Quaye (who's still active now 29-12-1) Isaac was 10-3-1 at the time coming into the fight on a lost to a 1-0 boy who was Dons next opponent lol then the Following one hadn't even won a Fight 0-3-0 next fight Haskins if you can call it a fight, it was the worst iv ever seen.......... He is English Champion now winning on a SD to Norman (he also drew with Norman) who is a tough fighter but come on a World Title Fight, its a JOKE..
