That's surely got to be it for Haye, or go back to fighting club fighters on Dave.

Not many boxers would have fought on with what ever injury Haye got.
Re: Round-By-Round - David Haye vs. Tony Bellew - March 4th 2017
Tend to agree with that.diddy wrote:Bellew better not foolishly stay at heavyweight after this fluke.

I said it.... "If he can survive the first 4-5 rounds, he will pour it on and Haye will wish he hadn't taken the fight"

Dereck Chisora obviously lost a bet.
Re: Round-By-Round - David Haye vs. Tony Bellew - March 4th 2017
Haye was clearly a physically broken man. The third retirement of the night I think...

Well, redemption of sorts for Haye, wiped the Wlad performance away by fighting through an injury that basically took away his ability to fight back.
That's the end for Haye now surely, that achilles will take forever to heal up, and probably won't ever heal properly at his age.
Haye didn't look that sharp from the get go, timing was off, and balance too, guess Bellew was right in a way.
Had the injury not happened, it looked like it may well have gone the distance, the few times Haye caught him flush, Bellew seemed to live with it ok.

If Haye was a fraction of the fighter he used to be it would have been over way before the injury. He looked ragged and sluggish throughout.

good tactical analysis from AJ - pleasantly surprised.

What an embarrassment for British boxing.
Haye has ruined any legacy he had with this comeback.
