Handedness of fighters

Post by Eric the Viking »

Would it be possible to indicate the handedness (R or L) of ranked fighters? I'd prefer to see that prominently, i.e. on the main rankings page for each weight class, but if that's not possible it should at least be included in the basic data for each fighter. Thanks.

"Southpaw" may be rather confusing for non-English speakers. But in any event, that information (in whatever form) would be useful to have.

The term "southpaw" has been around for over 250 years, designating a left handed person. I am sure anyone that follows sports would understand what it meant. These terms(orthodox and southpaw)are added to the boxers data card when known. eg. Lennox Lewis
