RIP Bkeki Moyo

Post by thepocketrocket »

His last post...I have no words.

I really wanted to be a legal scholar; ah well, it won't happen now.

Moving to another subject; I wonder how close one can get to communicating with the world. Yes; you my brothers and sisters wherever in the world you may be. Please give me a minute of your time; stop whatever you are doing immediately and look around you.

When I look I see a world that is heading in the wrong direction. Are you seeing what I am seeing? Millions of us have been turned into slaves by our rulers in their different guises, and they have somehow managed to convince us that we are free. They use their institutions of bondage, and we happily oblige and do as we are told.

I am appealing to the 7 billion of you my brothers and sisters around the world; this has to stop. It must stop now. You have more power than you think. Those that claim to be in power, and indirectly bully you into maintaining their a system that is detrimental to your children, your families, your community, and yourself and the future generations only do so because you are unaware of the power that you possess. Don't let them use you as the instrument of destruction. Withdraw your consent immediately and focus your energy on building a just world for all.

You can do it, my brother, my sister. Share this with all your friends, share it with your local newspaper, your radio station, your TV station.

I shed a tear as write this because I will not be there when a new and just world is built.

I have to sleep now. I love you all. Now be good to one another.

Peace.

He did want this shared, so not being ghoulish.

So sad I only had contact with him last week though Facebook, he was wishing me a fast recovery. We shared lots of stories in the away changing room. Very quiet man. He was once bandaging his own hands and I said do you want me to help you ? He beat me and my trainer at bandaging and said "that's how you do it ". RIP friend you was a good man and true warrior.

Awful end to a very kind hearted, genuine, decent and honest guy. It's a total joke that they were trying to send him back to SA. He'd been here over 10 years, never been in any trouble and the man was constantly going out of his way to help others.

RIP BHEKS TIGER

You will be sadly missed by me.

I'm guessing this was a suicide by reports I've read and messages from Mickey Helliet on FB.

If so, really tragic, if the threat of deportation drove him to it, even more so. Sounds by his last wishes, that he was a good soul.

Guessing that's you Mick, terrible tragedy. What a sad end. Why wouldn't we want people like him here, why deport a man after 10 years living and paying tax in the country?

Such a tragic end for such a nice guy. Spent a good bit of time in away changing rooms and driving us home from venues. Such a polite and well educated man. You could really talk meaningfull stuff with the fella.

Now, this is hard too say. But for a man with the decision too actually commit suicide. Too a man brave enough too do it. Are two different things. Maybe that one talk with somebody might have changed it. Just a few minutes before he did it. We shall never know.
So so sad. But I'll remember our time together , very fondly
