Wlad or AJ. Who do you want to win?

Post by deadpan »

Do you want the AJ Sky ambassadorial glory train to continue?
Or Wlad to upset the odds and triumphantly reclaim a title, 15 months after looking like a busted flush?

Has to be his Humbleness :bag: If big Wlad chins him it'll feel as if we've went backwards. I do like the cheesy big Ukranian fúcker though :TU:

Illogically I am leaning towards WK just because I want to see Hearn lose some smugness.

Definately Wlad and by vicious Ko the meltdown from sky/Hearn would be amazing.

If you couldn't tell, I'm Wlad all the way. Though may well keep schtum if I watch it in a pub. The Joshua army in Sheffield seem like big rugby playing feckers from past experience.

I would accept AJ win if Fury ambushes the ring like he did at Wilders fight with Spzilka.

Bone head move to take the sky role by AJ ( i mean surely he doesn't need the bloody money ) but we've all had enough of the big Ukranian by now, and AJ brings the big hitting thrills to HW boxing, as it should be, plus he's a Brit ( and I never listen to any of his interviews, TV goes OFF as soon as he's talking...much better that way )

I want AJ to win but seeing that smug ladyboy with his face tripping him would more than compensate for a WK win :TU:

I like seeing an older athlete showing the younger folk that they've still got it (mainly because I'm one myself). I will be cheering for Wlad.

Joshua.

I'm bored of Wladimir & he's had his time.

He's a decent & dignified guy, but his HW reign was one of the dullest in living memory & I just don't think he is part of HW future at pushing 42 years old.

This really. Wlad seems a nice guy and all that but I don't find his fights exciting whatsoever and never have.

Joshua seems to have loads of 'hardcore' fans hating him, (probably because he's popular with the average bloke on the street), but boxing needs fighters like that if it's going to survive.

I know there's a bit of stick on here for his humbleness and his promoter
But even at that, I'm shocked a UK board would be in favour of Wlad.

I've got my gripes with the Matchroom hype machine and AJ's persona but not to the extent I'd not support the UK fighter

Wlad's no angel himself as we seen during the Fury fight. He fights dirty, he negotiates dirty and he's as well managed a brand in Germany as we will find under Eddie Hearn

As for personality. He's as wooden as Pinocchio's pecker.

It's not even as if his fights are edge of the seat stuff either.

I'm perplexed

If there was any chance of Eddie changing to Edwina, then I'd certainly like to see Wlad win  :yay:

And what chance is that? 1 in a 10,000? (I mean realistically and honestly..) . piss tests in pro boxing are about as believable as Santa Claus teabagging the global population

I voted AJ even though I can't stand him, Sky or matchroom and I've ultimate respect for Wlad. I just think the HW scene has the potential for exciting future nights and if Wlad regains a portion of the belts then it runs the risk of going back to how it was.

I believe Klitschko will stop Joshua inside of six-eight rounds.

I just hope Klitschko doesn't bomb the poor guy out so badly that future fights between Joshua-Fury, Joshua-Wilder, etc will be meaningless and incapable of being sold as competitive, worthwhile matches. I suspect it'll take Joshua at least three-four years to rebuild himself and become a genuine threat again after this contest with Klitschko (at least in the minds of the public).

The fact that so many people can root for Klit in any fight shows how stupid most people in this world are.

That's your yardstick for your nebulous interpretation of global stupidity?

It certainly takes all sorts to fill a planet.
