A couple of things happened which disappointed me though. Firstly the tv coverage was sickeningly intrusive - Stevens' mum had a camera trained on her during the time he was unconscious. And secondly when Buffer was announcing the result, which coincided with Stevens being stretchered out of the arena, there was no "And please show your appreciation for the gallant loser" type of comment.
