Vada testing Vs Usada testing

I had an argumenent today, a dude that is an owner of a boxing site was insisting Usada is better by far, Saying it tests more athletes and is the choice of olympic sports (I really dont know if that is true). Although I suspect he is saying this because he is a UFC fanboy.

So what Anti doping association is better?
