Is there any way to watch this fight on a stream or on TV in the United States?

It's supposed to start at 9:15 PM German time.

I'm not sure, but that could be 1:15 PM Pacific time and 4:15 Eastern time.

Breidis won clearly.

Judges are taking a long time. Hope it's not a robbery.

I had it 12-0 Briedis

Huck landed practically nothing of note, which surprised me as Briedis had looked a bit open to right hands in previous fights. That was a schooling..

I thought he beat Huck just as easily as Usyk beat Glowacki.

Briedies boxed very well in my opinion; quick and accurate with the counters as Huck rushed in, a respectable jab when he needed to show it, and nimble footwork that enabled him to duck under Huck's right without issue. The biggest knock on Briedis may be that he holds frequently.

Huck was triggerless. Briedis has decent skills but Huck is utterly done at top level. He was only ever a topnotch toughman. Now he just cannot even throw those ridiculously awkward combos.

Briedis had good head movement and decent footwork but I doubt that he can handle Usyk, Gassiev or for that matter Lebedev. We will see.

Huck is such a dirty fighter, should of gotten at least one point taken off during this fight.

I think he'd have a very realistic chance of beating at least two out of those three (I suspect that it's downhill for Leb now). Huck has never been refined, but he's very tough, powerful, and has a good engine. I think he's still firmly a top 10 CW, but tonight he faced a guy who stunted his offense with quick counters, moves to the side, and effective holding. Briedis also has a good chin from what I've seen, and he was always going to cause Huck serious problems..

True but Huck appeared triggerless, not just due to Briedis. He had openings he simply could not exploit.

Kudos to Briedis though. He did a n excellent job tonight.

1. Usyk
2. Briedis
3. Gassiev

For me these are the big 3 at CW. Bellew seems like he may not fight in the division again, or at least for a while, and although Lebedev lost a close one to Gassiev I think he's now going to be heading down rather than up. One thing I like about the division is that there is quite a bit of depth to the contenders, so there are interesting challengers for these guys even if they don't fight each other right away.

1. usyk
2. breidis
3. gassiev
4. glowacki
5. dorticos
6. kudryashov
7. lebedev
8. durodola
9. vlasov
10. huck

cruiserweight is just so competetive. usyk is the clear #1, olympic gold, outclassed glowacki, who is easily top 4. just above everybody. but than its hard to determine, breidis is techniquly and has a good punch. gassiev has good size and also is a hard puncher. than there is kudryashov, who is cw biggest puncher. if he can control the ring, boxing patient, focusing more on the technique and footwork than i could see him being the second best cw in the world, he certainly has the power. just a tough division.

Agreed.

The judges did a decent job today, but ref Jay Nady let Huck get away with a lot of illegal tactics such as numerous deliberate rabbit punches.

How the hell do you have Kudryashov above Lebedev?

After reflecting on yesterday's fight, I have to admit that Briedis was impressive. I cannot remember Huck being completely blanked in a fight. He has benefited from a couple of gift decisions but he has always been competitive. Not yesterday. Briedis controlled that fight from start to finish.

Looked like he was having his last fight to me. Briedis beat him easy but did not look great or stretched, he hardly took a big shot all fight. I thought Huck would have far too much ring craft and Briedis was more of an inexperienced puncher. I was clearly wrong.
