Yeah,he never attempted to make the weight or couldn't and didn't get back on the scales.

Shame as I'm pretty sure he actually had 2 hours to make the weight. They would have check weighed before scales officially opened, realized he was over by quite a bit, tried to make it delaying the weigh in by 45 mins. This would then have given him 1hr 15mins to shed the last 1lb odd not 15 minutes as he thought. If I'm right it's a huge balls up by Warrens advisors and the BBBoC officials in charge.

For me the only reason Hearn has delivered for them is because he wants to keep them and Gallagher sweet in case Callum turns out decent. If Callum is exposed he has no incentive otherwise

That's right. Smith took the fight in Spain a few weeks ago purely to make it for the World Title, so I don't think the fact he doesn't want to win one under FW holds much.
