Training Coach bind boxer?

Any reason why a coach would like to sign a contract with a boxer? when the boxer has his
own manager ??

Over here, Trainer and Manager can each have their own contracts with a boxer.

stipulated percentages etc. trainers can just be trying to protect themselves.
