Mr. Armageto and myself have already agreed to a Nino Benvenuti vs Roberto Duran match this week. I'm sure he'll confirm this when he posts the matchups for his fighters.

Tommy Ryan will take on Javier Castillejo

Harry Greb will defend his title against ANY qualifying challenger. If you don't know who you are here is who qualifies for a shot at the MGM Grand Cup

16 Hopkins Bernard United States Middleweight 1374.2
17 Walker Mickey United States Middleweight 1373.8
18 Jackson Julian US Virgin Islands JuniorMiddleweight 1369.6
19 Langford Sam Canada Middleweight 1350.2
20 Ketchel Stanley United States Middleweight 1350.0
21 Williams Holman United States Middleweight 1338.9
22 Steele Freddie United States Middleweight 1334.8
23 Flowers Tiger United States Middleweight 1331.9
24 Norris Terry United States JuniorMiddleweight 1319.8
25 Dempsey NP Jack Ireland Middleweight 1303.4
26 O'Brien Philadelphia Jack United States Middleweight 1281.8
27 Bivins Jimmy United States Middleweight 1280.9
28 Duran Roberto Panama JuniorMiddleweight 1252.4
29 Griffith Emile US Virgin Islands JuniorMiddleweight 1252.3

Somebody off of that list. The ones I've highlighted are the ones I'd be most interested in fighting, but I'd be willing to take on any of the qualifying challengers if none of them accept highlighted or not.

I suspect Charles of showing up in these fights as a HW.....or LHW.....

There needs to be a thorough investigation of the scales....and if that leads nowhere...the software's integrity must be put through a full assessment.

There is no other explanation for the outcome of this weeks event.

Foul play is in the air. You know it, I know it....Bob Dole knows it.

Hopkins will be glad to defeat him and get a draw.....as he did last time.....and as he did to his opponent this week.

What Golovkin is going to do is fight Joey Archer.

And what Mayweather is going to do is fight Davey Moore.

Why? Because he needs a tune up. Whoever doesn't like it....can pound sand.

Ok....so today is that day? April 13?

We'll write that down....we didn't want the fight....we just wanted the date that Hearns would stop running.

Also to remind people, the MDT starts next week. Still some open spots left, so managers head over to the other thread and enter the boxers you think can win it all...... :box:

Mickey will fight anyone who wants the challenge, otherwise he'll just face a cpu

Bivins would like to challenge Cerdan for the IBO, otherwise he will take on a cpu opponent

If Hearns still wants a piece of Norris, he can have at it, otherwise he'll fight a cpu fighter

With the MDT coming up next week, I think that we'll show leniency toward Buzz - even though Moore is not highly enough normally for title contention, at least he is the right weight class for it.
So this fight will go ahead and be sanctioned.
