Favourite Tyson Fury moment
Re: Favourite Tyson Fury moment
Both him , Hughie and other Fury family members spend a lot of time in Anglesey North Wales at moment . Hughie was there over the Easter weekend .
Tyson went to a outdoor rave festival there last summer .... he was "on it" too by all accounts

No question he's a man of the people.....
As heavyweight champ, the toughest of the tribe leading his people! Great stuff!!
He's a genuine character. He might be someone that splits opinion, but he certainly transcends the sport. Hopefully he can rebound and feature again. But if he does come back I hope he only returns if he can get back into the kind of shape he was in when he took Klitschko's titles.

So many laughs already in this thread. I must admit I found him tiresome when he first emerged but I was wrong. Contrast all the fun Tyson's given us with the artificial, humourless Joshua and his incredibly boring public utterances.
Come back soon Tyson, all is forgiven.

Some good ones already mentioned - I also like it when he does a soft rock / ballad karaoke.
The recent video of him trying to jump over the fence in a field and falling on his arse still has me laughing though.

The auto-uppercut, the batman press conference and when he slipped trying to vault a fence a while back...
Re: Favourite Tyson Fury moment
The Klitschko aftermath when he was serenading Mrs Fury to a terrible rendition of Aerosmith, while Klitchsko is stooped in complete dejection in the background.
Silly but calling McDermott Mcmuffin, which turned John from the fighter that surrendered quickly against Skelton into a raging bull.
His Dad’s rant to the press after the fight telling the assembled press to bow down to his son, toe curlingly brilliant!

Didn't know about the McMuffin one. Comedy gold
Re: Favourite Tyson Fury moment
Always makes me laugh when Tyson goes to Steve Cunningham "alright Chris, Steve, whatever your name is"
and when he was saying I'm not named after a battleship or whatever
Actually that whole presser was comical

Fury and Joshua have been at it on twitter today
Re: Favourite Tyson Fury moment
Beating Wlad resulting in the Heavyweight division coming back from years of being stale. Wlad's fights were for too long borefests. Now, we got proper fights back in the division.

But I thought Wilder's fights with Washington, Arreola, etc. were part of the amazing HW resurgence? Same goes for Ortiz-Scott, Ortiz-Allen, AJ-Molina, AJ-Martin, and so on. You know, there's actually a major HW fight approaching AJ vs ....Wlad!Oiky wrote:What like Wilder swinging his arms around like a big divvy with terrible footwork and no timing whatsoever? But anyway, Fury has had loads of great moments. Definitely the funniest guy in boxing for me.....
