Whyte vs. Wach
Re: Whyte vs. Wach
It's a respectable fight. Not one I find super interesting, but I'll probably make time to watch.
Whyte has, what, one win over a top 50 opponent? Wach would at least give him a notable win on his resume aside from Chisora, whom he barely beat.

Yeah it'd be a solid win for him, and since Wach is tall as hell it'll give him a little bit of prep for fighting all the other tall guys at the top of the division.crusader wrote:It's a respectable fight. Not one I find super interesting, but I'll probably make time to watch.

Of course those guys are WAY more talented than Wach, but...ya know.

Wach has looked rather past it, for awhile to me.

Re: Whyte vs. Wach
Whyte will beat him. Watch really isn't very good, just has a very strong chin.
Re: Whyte vs. Wach
Did wonder when you seen Wach with Joshua sparring for last few weeks if he would be fighting someone as part of arrangement.
Re: Whyte vs. Wach
Wouldn't surprise me either. They probably killed two birds with one stone; sparring with AJ, and discuss terms for Whyte fight.
Re: Whyte vs. Wach
Knowing how both Whyte and Chisora can both have trouble getting motivated sometimes I wonder what odds you'll get on both of them losing.
Re: Whyte vs. Wach
Where has Whyte shown recently that he's lacking in motivation? If anything it is the complete opposite. As far as I can tell, he looks like he's got some really good momentum going into this fight.Taansend wrote:Knowing how both Whyte and Chisora can both have trouble getting motivated sometimes I wonder what odds you'll get on both of them losing.

Wack has beaten Teper in his last fight. Blew hammer out a few years back. Klitschko couldn't put a dent in him. He's regularly sparring good fighters like AJ. He would beat price pretty easily. It's a good fight for me. Whyte has looked bang average lately
Re: Whyte vs. Wach
May not be a great spectacle but it is a really intriguing contest. Whyte has not really fought anyone (apart from AJ and we do not even know what he is all about yet) and we need to see him with decent fighters and Wach is a good fighter who should be able to stand up to the Whyte wild whacks. A really solid match up and not every contest has to be a rip roarter, some are good tests and learning experiences

Agree with the last three posts. Whyte is constantly working hard since AJ. Hearn has promising an opportunity to be a star and a millionaire and he won't pass it up. He's a villain but he's a hard worker. His skill is his biggest doubt!
And as for this fight, Wach has better wins than Whyte, bar the controversial Chisora victory. This is two uber tough fellas going toe to toe for the right to fight for a title I reckon.
Mind that shout for Helenius & Wach both to win is good. I backed Wach at 13:8 against Teper.

I made an absolute tonne on Wach against Teper too. Couldn't believe how long the odds were!TheGingerBomber wrote:Agree with the last three posts. Whyte is constantly working hard since AJ. I was thinking of his moobs in one of his fights between Joshua and Chisora.Rob3_142 wrote:Where has Whyte shown recently that he's lacking in motivation? If anything it is the complete opposite. Hard not to think of his moobs

Haha I love it when they open at stupid odds, I can't believe the Pulev to win by KO odds, only way that don't happen is if he's turned back the clock!Rob3_142 wrote:I made an absolute tonne on Wach against Teper too.
