Parker v Breazeale ??
Parker v Breazeale ??
So Dominic has offered to fight Parker!
Parker has been preparing for a tall fighter , WBO will sanction it, everyone gets paid ! Stick a rematch clause in if you are Parker ! Seems like a great solution :)
We get to compare Parker to Joshua too which could lead to a Parker v AJ unification down the line if they both win their upcoming fights :)
Hope it happens and respect to both fighters if it does

Re: Parker v Breazeale ??
Wouldln't be a bad fight at all after the Fury drop out would it
Re: Parker v Breazeale ??
Much easier fight for Parker. I just cant see anything Breazeale can trouble him with. Would be interesting though in comparison with Joshua fight.

Rubbish fight.

Why?Horse wrote:Rubbish fight.
I think Breazeale is a good opponent in the circumstances, and his style often makes for fun fights. Parker isn't hard to find, and Breazeale is a big, strong guy who keeps coming.

Re: Parker v Breazeale ??
According to Kevin Barry's son Breazeale wants the fight in september so this won't be happening.
Re: Parker v Breazeale ??
Id pick Breazeale to win that
Re: Parker v Breazeale ??
Brezeale is far to slow and immobile in comparison to Parker to offer anything but a moving target that could stay upright well into the 2nd half of the fight.
Whyte, Wach and Chisora all have fights scheduled so should be in training and would be better choices. The best would be Ortiz assuming he is not really injured and was in training for Rossy.

Re: Parker v Breazeale ??
If Breazeale is willing to step in on short notice and take on Parker and the champion is willing to fight him, I say let them fight.
Breazeale was a good amateur boxer, he's fought for a world title against Joshua in the past. It's a good test to see if he's taken the steps to improve his skills and an even better test of how Parker can handle some of the talent coming out of America and onto the world stage.

Whyte/Wach headlining a show in June and Chisora is likely getting decent monies for Helenius and wants revenge for him getitng robbed last time.Shirow wrote:Brezeale is far to slow and immobile in comparison to Parker to offer anything but a moving target that could stay upright well into the 2nd half of the fight.

Ortiz has signed with Haymon now though.
Other than Dauhaupas or Hammer there isn't that many options - Pulev is now taking easy money fights in Sofia (Kevin Johnson)
