The fact that Stiverne is mandatory after having one fight in 2 and a bit years is something I can't get my head around

Hard to believe the WBC have the balls to rank Stiverne just ahead of Ortiz and Pulev. Like... could you imagine Wilder actually fighting Ortiz or Pulev. It would be like a real boxing match that wasn't a waste of our time.
