GL: It's been a while since we've had you on Boxingtalk, what's the latest and greatest? When can we expect to see you back in the ring? Listen man, one thing I could tell you is I'm working very hard putting things together behind the scenes. When I come out it's going to be 100% done the right way, boxing is more than just jumping in the ring, it's a business, but as a fighter I want to be on top of the business, not the business on top of me. I can tell you that Big Baby Promotions is on its way and when I do things it's going to be done the right way that's all.
GL: Last time we spoke I asked you what you thought the hardest thing you had to go through was and you referenced the promotional issues you were having. Where does that stand right now?
Jarrell Miller: "We're still probably going to be having a litigation or whatever, and I'm not afraid to talk about it. It's with Dmitriy Salita and Salita Promotions. Like I said, I feel that the right deal will be showing its face soon enough. Promotional companies don't want educated athletes and that's the problem. When a fighter starts to be educating themselves on the business they consider that a liability. I'm sticking to my guns and sooner or later the truth will be told.
GL: It's eight months off as we speak, do you have any idea when your next fight might take place?
JM: "I'm hoping no later than June, I would like to get back in there by then. I'm working on getting things done down three different avenues right now. That's why I've been kind of quiet lately, I came out talking smack at the start of the year and we thought some things were going to get done overseas and then that fell through due to Salita Promotions blocking that. I'm just moving a little differently right now and when it does come out you're going to have the full story."
GL: So Big Baby Promotions, you're trying to be your own boss.
JM: "You're damn right! At the end of the day that's what it's about. I don't get into the ring unless I'm happy. These promotional companies want to nickel and dime fighters out of there money and then when they retire they don't have jack. Like I said before I'm getting all my homework done and it's going to come out the right way."
GL: Have you been training on a regular basis during all this off time?
JM: "I've been doing a lot of heavy lifting, I haven't done any sparring, but I've been hitting the weight room really hard and I'm probably a little bulkier than I wanted to be, so we're just cutting back on the protein and the heavy carbs. I'm feeling like a billion dollars right now and I'm ready to get back into my boxing routine."
GL: When you return will it be a walkover bout first before a significant fight?
JM: "I don't know who it's going to be and I don't know if we could consider Chris Arreola a walkover bout, but we want somebody durable so I can get some ring-rust off. It's good to get the rust off first before moving onto something more serious, so we'll see but I don't know who the opponent is going to be yet."
GL: Is there anything you'd like to say in closing?
JM: "Guys you know what the real deal is Deontay is only a sissy in a pink tutu, Big Baby is the real deal! I'm coming for all bums!"

Good luck to him. He has no future as a fighter so hopefully he has one as a promoter.
