Vitali was so much better than his opposition, especially physically, that stoppage victories are envitable, but it doesn't mean he has the biggest punch per se, it means he punches hard enough combined with greater skill set or physical attributes that stoppages will come anyway.

The post with the match ups explains this well.

The post that say he's the hardest hitting heavyweight all time is BS
Does AJ have lightsout power though? Most of his stoppages have been the ref jumping in and stopping it has he actually knocked anyone out clean? The whyte KO was good but he looked exhausted
Nope,AJ is similar to mike tyson (power wise) as mike tyson never knocked anyone out cold with one shot it was always a combination of shots that had them rolling on the floor or the ref jumping in

Obviously we don't yet know how good Joshua could eventually be. But I'd take prime Vitali to stop the current Joshua, with the referee intervening when Joshua is slumped defenceless on the ropes through a combination of exhaustion and being worn down.

My comments were strictly isolated on Vitali power not in a comparison between the 2.

For the record I think speed of punches in bunches is Joshua's asset as much as power. It seems wilder has the biggest 1 punch at the moment
