The vast majority of the top-tier 154lb-ers are either signed with Al Haymon or their promoters have close affiliations with him. So we'll probably see a few of them headline several PBC cards later on in the year.

Demetrius Andrade is in the "who needs you club", whose career has been mis-managed and he has also declined big fights. He hardly ever competes, so we should exclude him from consideration. He's utterly irrelevant, despite his immense talent.

And I don't know what'll happen to Miguel Cotto... maybe he'll face Liam Smith for the vacant WBO title at some point.

Andrade, Jermell and Lara should fight each other then the winner should move up at 160. Hurd is only a belt holder.
