Yeah, I'd love to see Muranaka win as I love his style and seeing him with Sho Ishida would be interesting, but as you know no Japanese fighter has ever won a world title in Europe, and I think that says a lot here. Saying that I did fancy Iwasa Vs Haskins, and Haskins shocked me there.

I don't know much about Muranaka but i'd be surprised if he was as good as Concepcion who Yafai gave a boxing lesson to, I fancy Yafai to get him out of there

Lots of free ticket giveaways for this one, the latest being two free tickets to the first 50 customers to spend £50 in JD Sports, Birmingham this morning. Obviously this is just generosity, no indication of poor ticket sales at all.

Don't think sales are great when I looked on seating plan looked like 3rd of hall shut and no upper tier tickets on sale at all.

Shame cuz while I'm far from a Matchroom fanboy I think this cards pretty decent with plenty local interest. Anyone know what time the sky Facebook thing starts cuz that's the fight I wanna make sure I'm in for (Harper/Kelly) should be on TV instead of Gavin for me that.

Oh and what's the other ticket give always? Might try get a few more mates on it.

Wow, I knew no Japanese has won in the UK, but I didn't know it was all of Europe.

I guess there haven't been that many world title challenges in Europe involving Japanese?

I also thought Iwasa would do better.

Won't have been many, ones I can think of, other than the UK ones -
Shigeru Nakazato failed in France (Vs Monshipour)
Keita Obara failed in Russia (Vs Troyanovsky)

I'm also sure the attendance counters who were so eager to tweet Eddie pictures of half empty Frank shows will do the same here too cos they're fair and balanced people.

Kelly - Harper fight live on Facebook now.

Bit gutted I'm not there tonight - exams mean I'm missing this as well as Brook :brick: . But as per with Brum cards recently, it wont be a sellout which is a shame....should still be a good atmosphere though!

Nowhere near a sellout. Warrington has sold more on his own.

There were still touts looking to buy spare tickets outside the Brum card, so maybe it isn't too bad. But I think I am looking too deep into that one

I am looking forward to Yafai v Davis. Along with Hearm, I had Economides beating Davis (I had by one, Hearn by two) but he will give it a go....

Good finish from Kelly there. The Spaniard looked pretty tough. Another stylish display. A lot to learn but he's good to watch.

Is there any 'beef' between Paul Smith and Adam Booth?

Smith suggesting he doesn't rate him as a trainer in the interview

3-0 Gavin

Garrido is landing his share of shots though, and getting on the inside where he wants to be fairly easily.

That's a bit rich considering no cùnt rates Smith as a fighter!

Plus Booth was in Groves corner when he made easy work of Smith!
