I don't buy "the b!tch made him do it" excuse. Khan has always talked sh!t. He has only had four fights since their marriage. He was a mouth flapping prima dona far before then.Bricks wrote:Brook has a clear win over a superstar like shawn porter....thats bigger than anything khans done even the silver medal...by a long shot...khan will get a huge payday with brook it coukd be £10 million if its another 90,000 wembley affair and khan can sell that place out just from his south east support.....
The big problem khan has is its clear....his wife is an arsehhole...
Khans obnoxious persona started when fakhdoom entered his life...prior to that i liked him as a man and as a fighter...i still think he is the bravest fighter with the greatest will to win i have ever seen up close in the ring..id watch him in the amateurs absolutely get clobbered and come back to win...deep down i think amir is still a good kid a good guy...anyone who ever met him said the same and his parents and family are great people..but he should drop this speaking in the third person ,his perversities and whining his wife has got him into...she has not only condoned but appeared to endorse wannkgate with khan as the victim in her eyes ..he needs to stop talking and start fighting cos if brook loses khan has lost too it wont be the big £10 million fight than ,even the casuals will think....duh these guys only lose every time they fight...a financial success it may have been but amir has not developed into the fighter i think his talents merited......id kike see him rematch peterson than garcia than fight brook
Team Khan just came to the realization following the Danny fight that, no matter his lion's heart, gifts of speed and quickness, and decent skillset, Amir could be shipped to the land of twitch by any professional with decent pop at any moment. That is what has led Amir Khan to fight seldomly and choose his opponents wisely, while constantly keeping himself in the public eye with his obnoxious mouth.
If anything, his wife has been utilized as a useful prop in the effort.
