Explosive win for Davis, though I do think Walsh was overrated by quite a few.

Wow! Unreal performance by Davis!

Would have liked to have seen it go on for 5-10 seconds more though.

That was an easy decision for the ref, walsh's legs were all over the shop.

Davis landing with lefts, really aggressive stuff, Walsh down from a barrage a clean punch knocks him over.

Walsh up and stopped - not strong enough to hold on and was taking a few. Premature stoppage possibly, but Walsh looked absolutely lost during that attack.

Walsh was gone staring back at the ref when he was on his knees. Fine stoppage for me.

Me too Walsh hard to outbox and don't think smith hits hard enough to hurt him

I think they're probably around the same level. I never saw Walsh as the boxing maestro he's often been made out to be..

Davis is definitely a top 2 talent in the division.

You could argue that the ref stepped in a punch or 2 early but I'm fairly certain that Davis was on his way ending it there and then anyhow, bit of a chessmatch but Davis always in control even the 1st round I thought he won fairly easily, found a home quickly with the left hand, I thought Walsh was gonna have to start leading off more as Davis far too quick to counter, Walsh legs were still gone when he got up after the knockdown, the were clubbing left hands Walsh took, gutted a but a great win and performance from Davis

Ring walks soon mate, keep going to pre fight tv things - 5-10 mins
Thanks mate. Ended up watching it on my phone. Glad I never rushed back haha. Davis looks something special. I really rate Walsh and he just swatted him aside away from home!

Don't think he beats Berchelt. I rate him very highly especially if he smashes Miura

Stephen Smith would be first choice alternatively Pedraza or Sosa...

I think he'd have too much speed for Berchelt, though he hasn't been tested in a grueling fight, so if Berchelt could get him there who knows...

He did seem a bit unsteady getting up. In those circumstances I don't have a problem if a ref stops it when he takes another big shot with a lot of time left in the round.

It's a fight I wouldlove to see but the HBO divide makes it difficult.
