Yes it's definitely him. There was a thread on him making his pro boxing debut in the 'Current Scene' forum a couple of weeks ago.

Belfort has been a heavyweight since he was a teenager - a Tyson-esque man-child (with a similarly fragile mentality)

As I understand it Belfort has trained with the Brazilian national amateur boxing team in the past to sharpen his hands but I dunno about any pro boxing matches?

It doesnt say anything about the fight being at welter, its Kelson Pinto's fight that is at welter.

the tyson analagy is a good one...

Belfort is was a phenom when he first came on the scene.... possibly because he was the first guy with real striking skills as well as a ground game.

He is washed up now though....

He is a southpaw with good power so will do ok, but like most good MMA strikers he will come unstuck against the "cuteness" and subtleness of a good pro...

He also isnt known for his stamina.... cannot imagine his being good for 12 rounds

It doesn't say anything in regards to the weight division for Belfort's fight so most people will presume that the 'Welterweight' sub-header refers to both fights. Poor editing mate
