Bill should be fighting at 154 anyway so at that weight I think Kell wins a wide decision

Even at 160 Bill doesn't have enough pop on his punches to trouble Kell so I see Kell edging a tight one.

At Middle Billy handles Kell , quite easily , At middle i'd be more interested in Kell v Eubank , but to be honest i think Kell gets stopped there has well , bigger men
