Looks like it'll need to be a YouTube effort on Sunday morning. I wouldn't have stayed up for it anyway.

Strikes me as really poor that neither Sky nor allegedly is picking this up.

Aye probably mate  If I've recorded anything I usually need to watch it as soon as I'm up or I end up looking to see who's won! I'm fuckin terrible for that. Can't help it!

Stevenson blamed his promoters for him having avoided the best names in the division.

It's just a link to sky bet.

Just been on the Twitter page. They always plug international fights. Even an article about Bellew offering Stevenson out at cruiser didn't mention it.

The guy is an absolute scumbag. I reckon Eledier Alvarez is going to waste him and he has delayed that fight for a LOONG time for a reason,

Gvozdyk may be the guy to do it though.

i think Stevenson is the real deal. He may have given Carl Froch an almighty shock when IBF super middleweight mandatory.

Either politics - wrong TV deal to be in with Kovalev/Ward or greed - easy money for average opposition- has kept him on the outside.

Just because he took an unpopular deal doesn't mean everyone can beat him. I enjoyed his fights with Dawson (KO of the year), Cloud (masterful dissection), Bellew (closing that big gob), Fonfara was an exciting fight, and so was Williams Jr.

But, he should be fighting Smith Jr, not rematching Fonfara. I'm very disappointed.

I won't disagree with your point on Froch as at that point he needed fights to motivate himself for such as Kessler 2 and the Groves rematch ( not the first one)

He had an excellent 2013 and since Fonfara rocked him has just ducked good fighters his matchmaking since then has been dire and protected.

He should be fighting Alvarez who has been mandatory for ages. He is based in Canada and has sparred Stevenson,Pascal and Beterbiev regularly in the past.

I hope Alvarez makes a big statement in the undercard and beats Pascal in 2-3 rounds tonight.

There's two or three guys on here that still actually believe Kov bottled it from him! I don't usually get so annoyed but that crap makes my arse itch!

Alvarez v PascaL on first

Quiet 1st round until JP lands a lovely counter right. EA responds well but that punch may have won JP the round.

2nd round Alvarez bosses it. Lands a lovely 1-2 which hurts JP who holds. JP tries to talk his way thru round but is stalked & harrased by EA
