Pascal still dangerous but another round goes by. Pascal has his moments still getting outworked.

Rd 10 = Pascal comes out throwing. Nice body Pascal. Nice right alvarez. Alvarez landing a bit more. Big left pascal . Another.

10-9 Pascal close

96-94 Alvarez

This is too close. Alvarez cutting it too fine respecting Pascal a bit much.

Alvarez is a bottom top-ten fighter. He's on the level of Chilemba. Only reason he can be considered top 5 is because he's been beating past-prime names. Chilemba is probably the best fighter he's face, and he arguably lost that one. Bute and Pascal were past it.

How is his body language now?
Lol, he still looks desperate to me. he's losing. Hanging on. Has little spurts

Rd 11 = alvarez busier and lands good right. Both missing. Good body pascal. Right hand Alvarez. Alvarez is just to straight in and out.

10-9 Alvarez

106-103 Alvarez but he has left it too close

I havnt seen him before. Doesnt look like he has a second gear. Very decent hard punches but not enough of them, strong body and balance, low work rate and minimal foot work. Stationary fighter. Kovalev would box circles around him.

Round 12 to Alvarez.

I can see the judges giving Pascal 4 rounds at the most. I had it 10-2 or 9-3 Alvarez.

Well judges are idiots. But that fight wasn't close. Pascal threw flurries in the last 20 seconds while systemically getting badly outboxed for the first 2:30 mins.

Really not impressed with Alvarez here. On the other hand, Pascal fought a very smart fight, stealing rounds.

Majority decision Alvarez.

I saw it 117-111 or 116-112 for Alvarez.

I was surprised at the 114-114 score.

I could see it being 116-112 or 117-111 Alvarez. I am not surprised at all that one judge had it even.

Pascal used to be a good fighter. He's now old with zero gas tank so his workrate is pathetic. He's finished.
