He was listed a Gavin v TBA earlier in the week - I noticed also he won by KO when someone was talking about the show in question elsewhere.

I was ringside at this and I wouldn't say Gavin looked great. By all accounts he was very good with the other boxers in the changing rooms and was happy to pose and talk to fans. He was relaxed and won every round but he got caught by some wild punches and he apparently weighed in as a Lt middle. I don't want to be harsh because he was very sound guy but I don't think he was in the best shape.

He had a fair size entourage. I'm sure someone mentioned a film crew was following him but might have been Brad Pryce.

As long as one of the fighters was over 147, in the U.K. it's announced as a super-welterweight fight (I still prefer the term light-middleweight). So 147.5 versus 144, for example, is a super-welter contest. Still can't see the weights listed yet for this fight, though.

Yeah so he was defintely 147+. I'd say he was closer to 154 than 147.

It's almost comical. He reminds me of that bloke Comical Ali who was doing interviews saying there were no tanks in Baghdad Iraq back when the americans invaded but in the background you could see the tanks  Gavin was going on about how that was it, he was getting down to 140 no matter what, getting a move on, sharpening everything up etc. Then comes into the next fight in the 150s
