Why would a title holder even entertain the thought of fighting a nobody who's only had 8 fights. He's not fought anyone worth a solitary fukk. Perhaps if he starts fighting some guys with a pulse even at Euro level then more people will know who he is. I've only heard of him because of your incessant ramblings!

Mate I've watched Briggs since I was a child in the 90s and he was a fringe contender then ffs! I know I play the clown at times on here but I do have some boxing knowledge. I'm a staunch, hardcore fan of the game and I've even had the gloves on myself albeit when I was a boy and amateur. Your knowledge of the sport is gash. I learn every day about our sport and I'd invite you to do the same. Try and broaden your horizons and look beyond the frankly average heavyweight scene. Maybe if you do that you'll actually learn some fundamentals and people might take you a bit more seriously

In regards to big fights still in the states it still boils down to money.

Prizefighters by definition will usually chase the biggest prize. Casino money and the huge US PPV fee still earn more money than ticket sales and sky PPV.
The only exception of astronomical money away from casinos or PPV Ican think of is Povetkin-Wlad.
