This is definitely not a fight for the boxing purists, this is however a fight for fight fans in general!!

People are forgetting what the appeal is here: Two superstars of different sports that also has a sort of rocky underdog element to it. The publicity, interest, and numbers don't lie!

In my eyes, boxing purists, or should I say the boxing fans that don't care much for other fight sports, should just stick to hoping for the big-name boxing bouts to come off.

But as per the post:

Yes.

The whole thing is as ridiculous as a WWE wrestler with almost zero experience going into MMA and dominating a whole division for a period...

Oh wait ....

I buy every PPV I'm at home for - some more begrudgingly than others. This would be first one I definitely wouldn't. And to think we have Kovalev Ward for free tonight. This is better than 90% of the Sky PPV's.

From memory the price on Mayweather on Betfair is bigger than the price for Canello to beat Kahn (who if he ran for 12 rounds could have got points victory) and Brook vs GGG (I couldn't make any case for Brook at all).
This is a P4P great against an amateur in boxing! 1/5 on Betfair quite large in context.

No. This is as transparent a sucker-looting exercise as ever there was. I will be contributing nothing to these shitehawks' defilement of my beloved sport.

Can't remember the last Sky PPV I didn't buy. Pay for BN as well. Didn't get the Eubank fight as I was out.

I won't buy this as I have no real interest in seeing it live, and I'm happy enough to admit I watch Floyd hoping he gets beat - and that just isn't happening. I'll watch for free after I know the result.

This shouldn't be a fight and should be a total walkover for floyd but...the Irish are crafty and despite cm looking rubbish in sparing I reckon he'll be well schooled. Floyd is 40 remember. When I first heard about this I thought floyd inside a round. Cm looks so easy to hit. Put it this way if it was ggg vs cm it'd be over in a round but it may last a while.
