..obviously a head-to-head contest..Ward being the luckier one though, I reckon I know the reason why..
Re: who is the dirtier fighter GOLOTA or WARD ? *
I had the feeling that Golota was used to fight against shorter opponents and did not punch low on purpose. Bowe was just too tall for hes style.
Ward is dirty fighter. He has gotten points deducted for low blows in other matches too. Uses lot of head butts too.

Golota butted some, liked to throw low blow combinations & even bit a guy. Coming up he was a very dirty fighter...

LOL, Golota accidentally threw 5 punch combos to the balls? Ward is more of the Hopkins ilk, Golota didn't give a fornicate.Heretic wrote:I had the feeling that Golota was used to fight against shorter opponents and did not punch low on purpose. Bowe was just too tall for hes style.

Golota intentionally threw a low blow combination to a guy even after having 3 points deducted, and being told he'd be DQ'd after another low blow. Causing himself to be DQ'd twice against a guy he was beating...twice!!!
Golota bit a guy on the neck he was struggling against
Golota headbutted fighters he was struggling against
Is this a serious question? And if so...are you stupid?

Lazarte smiles at both and says both are clean

More votes for Ward in the poll
I can only assume you guys that voted for Ward have never even actually watched Golota fight, and think boxing simply ceased to exist prior to your awareness of it.

Son of Golota
Re: who is the dirtier fighter GOLOTA or WARD ? *
Is that your backwards ball cap?? ... Nice design ... But in your case maybe it should say BUTTFACEPerseus wrote:

Golota was certainly dirtier in the Bowe Fights... But he lost by DQ both times... I've never seen him match Ward with low ones in any other fight.gilgamesh wrote:More votes for Ward in the poll![]()

Can you name one where the referee awarded him a victory by debilitating somebody with low blows??? ... It takes more than one crook to win a fight

Well, seeing as how Golota actually bit another fighter during a bout, I'd say Andrew.

Samson P'ouha was the guy Golota bit. Though I honestly get it mixed up, half of me thinks Golota was the one that got bit! It was on the old Tuesday Night Fights. Back when I watched everything. Though their cards were almost always more interesting an entertaining than any current PPV undercard.

There it is, not even a warning. LOL, as much as I miss the glory days with more top guys fighting more often, it's a complete misnomer that officiating is any worse now. It's just more pronounced because there are way less fights of significance and rematches in wrong doing are rare. I also remember there being more shitty decisions/ref shit that went against the house fighter. Somebody made that point here once and it's very true, if it's incompetence instead of corruption why do we see few decisions like Pac/Bradley 1. Even that one, you can see the mafia reasons for the decision.

After having points deducted and being told the next low blows would result in a DQ

That first one there that sideswipes the cup could potentially be the most brutal low blow in history. Poor Bowe, after getting greatly diminished by Holyfield from head blows he runs into Ric Flair.

..shouldn't Golota have been declared a winner?gilgamesh wrote:After having points deducted and being told the next low blows would result in a DQ
