Boxing is almost not a real sport anymore, its become more of a "sports entertainment". It seems like every card has about half of the fights being robberies literally. Boxing fans expect robberies. There are way too many bad decisions in this sport and the truth is they are racially, nationally, and promoter-specific related. They're not "bad judges", they're corrupt judges more honestly.

The sport has no credibility whatsoever, from bad decisions, to illegal tactics going unpunished as we saw tonight, to discrepancies on how it deals with fighters who test positive for PED's, to biased announcers, to fighters with connections getting more chances than others.

I now understand why boxing is a dead sport and why it faded so much in popularity in the last 20 or 30 years. A lot of that is because it is a corrupt sport and people don't wanna see that sh1t.

Boxing does have a decent following in parts of Europe still, but even there it is a fading sport, and in North America it is a dead sport. Ward was just called by Kellerman as P4P #1, I bet you 99.9% of Americans wouldnt even recognize him. Its a dead sport with no future, straight up. Wards own promoter actually loses money when he fights in the sense that they pay his wage and cannot even recuperate that money back from the fans or PPV buyers.

Its a sh1t sport and thats why its a dead sport.
Prossie boy...u are right....im the only one whose gonna say it...but i saw enough in Ward to know he is over the hill based on last night....he is at the same point srl was in 89 or ali in manilla....its a very odd thing to say given he beat up kovalev in the last two rounds (albeit by cheating) but ill seen the same thing i saw in rjj tarver one

Lomachenko took more than 50 low blows... However, Salido never laid any in there like Ward did.. I think Beterbiev would have reacted differently.. I think he would have gone after Ward with a vengeance.. If you're from Eastern Europe, you know the sport is corrupt and the officials are against you when you climb through the ropes.. The only friends you've got are your 2 fists..

Trying to get a fair shake is like the taxi driver telling the armed robber, "I worked hard all day for that 300 dollars" ... "Yeah? I could GAF less punk."

Then he blows him away just to make sure he can't ID his voice... Don't expect compassion or fair play from crooks. Not from Trump. Not from any of them.

Could a small herd of you (please) actually be done with the sport, and stop threatening to be? :maybe:

She's not crooked except to you politically naive Trumpets... She would have done well because she's smart... Bill Clinton created 23 million jobs while he turned a 390 Billion dollar annual taxpayer deficit he inherited from Bush Sr -- into a 250 Billion dollar yearly surplus by the time he left Bush Jr in charge.. Dubya turned that into a 1.6 Trillion dollar annual US taxpayer deficit in 8 years -- and crashed the economy throwing 12 million people out of work.. Trump isn't any smarter than Dubya and will do something as bad or worse.

When Obama became President in January 2009, the U.S. national debt was $10.6 trillion. When he left office, it was $20 trillion. Obama spent more than any other president, yet he called Dubya unpatriotic for adding $4 trillion to the debt. Obama nearly doubled the national debt which had to be intentional. This is why the dollar is weak and there is inflation. This affects all business including pro sports such as boxing. The real unemployment rate under Obama was 23%, not 5%. The government does not count people who stop looking for work in their statistics. There is no proof that Russia hacked the presidential election. However, there is a book titled Impeachable Offenses which could have removed Obama from office if Congress would have read it and picked just one of the many offenses in that book to impeach him. They did not because they did not want to be considered racist. As a result, Obama knew he could do whatever he wanted. He ruined this country and we probably will not be able to fully recover. Hillary lost the election legitimately. I have no problem with a female president, but not Hillary. Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton are not the same person even though they have the same last name. Bill's accomplishments have nothing to do with what Hillary would do or wouldn't do.

I'm finished with watching boxing as an event that's for sure. I'll check some results from time to time but that's about the extent of it. Finally canceled HBO also. Enjoy one less customer for promoting that garbage. Free at last!!! :yay:
