I wouldn't be so sure if the fight was promoted by K2 and happened in NY. With dirty stuff punished by a ref and no pocket judges, it is all different story.

One common weakness of Kovalev and Golovkin is that they are not as skillful in low blows, head butts and other dirty stuff as Ward, not even close.
They should correct these flaws in their game then

Until further notice nobody on Earth defeats SOGgy, P4P numero uno.

He's certainly top 5. I didn't see anything that would drop Crawford on my list.

True, he's faced plenty for me as far as p4p. He looks better than those guys last night to me. Wards toughness was more impressive than any skills he displayed. Crawford looks flawless.

Hitman Jr has looked great but he hasn't faced a Krusher.

He destroyed the destroyer of the destroyer. He's also barely lost a round. I don't argue p4p, ward is a fine choice, in my p4p vision with these guys the same size Crawford whips his ass. Plus I thought ward clearly lost his previous fight.

If you cheat like crazy, you get DQ'd. If you cheat in a careful and crafty manner, you might get the W....

If you're surrounded by a referee and judges who are trying hard to insure your victory -- you'll probably win -- no matter HOW MUCH you foul.

Those weren't subtle, crafty, or skillful low blows... Those were egregious and Kovalev was bitterly complaining about them... He got shafted.
