It's sad but that big circus is gonna overshadow GGG vs Canelo.

The popularity of the sport of boxing in America seems to be on the decline (at least from a commercial perspective).

Whilst the Mayweather-McGregor crossover bout is a gimmicky circus event, it's not beyond the realms of possibility that it could somehow jump start and rejuvenate the sport in the US, if it manages to entertain.

Of course, it's entirely possible that it could cause permanent harm, to the point it bangs in the final nail in the sports' coffin, but this is not a certainty.

So I think we should all refrain judgement until we know for certain the consequences of the Mayweather-McGregor circus show.
