Yea, seems like somebody is pissing in young Harleys ears unfortunately. Nigel Benn has always come across as a good fella everytime i've seen him interviewed...

Would without a doubt be the mother , but at his age he should be making his own mind up by now ,,, What did raise my eyebrows was Nigel , saying in one breath i love him he's my son ,, but in the other saying if he's not happy, don't use the Benn name ,use another name , saying he's worked hard to get that name to its current standing .. Makes me wonder if Harley grew up knowing his dad was the famous Nigel Benn , and never seeing him , or if he was with his famous dad most weekends , while living with mom , certainly seems to be a bit of the fook you attitude , which is not what you would get from a kid who felt loved , more from a kid who's felt pushed to the back , like i said ITS SAD .

Looks in good shape and seems to be taking the game seriously with training. I wonder if Harley will turn out like that body wise? I'd say looking at his record he's had a better level of opponent than Benn but it looks like he's moving up a weight class

Benn is impressive as an offensive fighter, has a decent arsenal and seems to be improving, but he is too easy to hit. I doubt he'll be going near a puncher for a good while.

Hes very raw and a relative novice with little or no amateur background. But being a legends son cant be easy. And hes learning his trade live on tv in front of millions. The kid looks really game and is exciting to watch. Good on him. Cant see why people are being so negative about the lad

If someone is 'very raw' it's perfectly reasonable to offer critiques which reflect that, especially when the boxer can be readily evaluated due to their repeated appearances on a major network. Doing that doesn't make people big meanies....

The possibility that they improve significantly down the line should not preclude commenting on what they've actually shown so far.
