He also drops insane amounts of weight the night before his fights. Last three or four fights, Horn has had to drop 3 to 4 kgs. Last night he had to drop 4kgs to make weight. It's insane.
But yeah. I'm telling ya. It'll be Bradley

I heard Pacquiao is exercising the rematch clause (uh, god
). Pacquiao should retire and Horn should fight Bradley.

Honestly, nobody should be bringing up Floyd. He beat Manny, and he'd beat Horn. People ought to just let him retire.

Who am I, Norman Einstein? He'd win and it'd be boring.

Horn v Ramming Speed? That would be like watching two mountain goats fight it out.Mr. Plainview wrote:He also drops insane amounts of weight the night before his fights. Last three or four fights, Horn has had to drop 3 to 4 kgs. Last night he had to drop 4kgs to make weight. It's insane.

Re: Should HORN WIN! Who Next?
Maybe some day, his next fight will be Manny.
Re: Should HORN WIN! Who Next?
If Manny could in reality make 135 easily he should have dropped down to 140 by now. Full fledged welters are too much for him physically at this point. Horn was tossing him around the ring last night.SaadOffTheDeck wrote:Maybe some day, his next fight will be Manny.
Re: Should HORN WIN! Who Next?
He was the physically stronger man and the younger man by 9 years. Which really puts into perspective where he's at considering he still needed a gift decision to win. A lot of the Welterweights wouldn't have.Tanzio wrote:If Manny could in reality make 135 easily he should have dropped down to 140 by now. I do consider it a gift since I saw it close for Pac. But I also give the kid his due since he did enough to keep it close enough to be gifted.gilgamesh wrote:He was the physically stronger man and the younger man by 9 years. I am not willing to right this kid off at welter. I have a feeling that he may end up being Hitman Jr's avenue to a welter belt to play with.
Re: Should HORN WIN! Who Next?
I didn't write off Horn. He exceeded every expectation of him and fought his ass off last night. He gave a tremendous effort and biased fans wanting to give him a victory he didn't earn shouldn't take away from the fact that he legitimately earned his own respect...he just didn't earn the decision.Tanzio wrote:I do consider it a gift since I saw it close for Pac. Anywhere but Australia Jeff Horn doesn't win that fight. Deny it if you want, but that's the truth and you f*cking know it.

You have zero evidence that Horn would not have gotten the decision elsewhere. It is your opinion based on . . . well, your opinion.
Horn won the fight, like it or not.
Re: Should HORN WIN! Who Next?
I just call it like I see it. I don't like Pacquiao. Never have. I'm very vocal any time I see a decision I disagree with. Whether I like the guy or not. I've even been very vocal in the past when MY GUY was the beneficiary of a bullsh*t decision. I have integrity like that.Tanzio wrote:Honestly gil, you are bordering on Krushedner fanboy territory.gilgamesh wrote:My opinion is right.Tanzio wrote: . . . in our opinions.

And the rest of us don't have integrity? I disagreed with the decision but I have the integrity to admit that it was close enough for others to see it differently.gilgamesh wrote:I just call it like I see it. I don't like Pacquiao. Re: Should HORN WIN! Who Next?
I don't see any realistic way you come up with Horn winning. If you're giving him every him every benefit of the doubt he fought Pac to a draw at best. I'm bored with this now though.Tanzio wrote:And the rest of us don't have integrity? Manny won, Horn didn't. There'll be a rematch. I might actually wind up picking Horn for that because he's 29...he'll get better, Manny will get worse.
If Horn's people are smart they'll get him some seasoning after the Pac rematch and let him get a few easier title defenses in Australia. He'll do big business there fighting Joe Blow.

Thank the omnipotent figment of billions of imaginations that you have become bored, because you are a major downer when people honestly disagree with you.gilgamesh wrote:I don't see any realistic way you come up with Horn winning. Horn has already thrown the gauntlet down to Mayweather. He has no intention to sit on his laurels.BIGDOUG58 wrote:Lets suppose there is an UPSET. Is there a rematch clause? And if not who would Horns next Opponent be.
Maybe Jesse Vargas? Any thoughts

Poor Gigglemash. He considers the opinion of someone watching on TV from half way around the World as superior to three independent judges ( No Australian nor Filipino among them) sitting at ringside.
Manny's camp have no complaints. Why should you?

Horn vs. Bradly vs. Porter in a triple threat match on the side of a mountain.Tanzio wrote:Horn v Ramming Speed? Tv is miles better than sitting ringside for scoring a fight.Brute wrote:Poor Gigglemash. He considers the opinion of someone watching on TV from half way around the World as superior to three independent judges ( No Australian nor Filipino among them) sitting at ringside.
