As of 04/07/2017 that picture being used is not Lester Jacobs.

I think he was happy putting some of the shows together and taking on guys he had a good chance of beating.

The Delroy Leslie fight was in the balance until the cut.

Bigger fights got mentioned from time to time, but never materialised.
