A fight Khan would take -- and might actually win... Matthysse showed he was aging and getting hit a lot with the Postol fight... Khan picks his spots.

I'll second that too.
He looked better against Taylor, bouncing back from the Postol defeat.
Let's face it, Khan has been on the bench a long time - it would be a pretty decent warm up, and given that time out, a fairly close match up. Lucas has power, Amir has a suspect chin. Both have a good work rate and Lucas has been busier, so it is going to take a lot of effort from Khan to keep Lucas at bay.
So all in all, something to look forward to if it was to happen

If Khan loses, it will probably end his career, if Lucas wins, another good scalp for him.

As above...I like Matthysse but despite the inactivity, I would expect Khan to outbox him on his way to a wide points win. Would be a thoroughly good watch as well I suspect.

Ray Robinson beats them both but they will never fight him.

Matthysse has always been underrated. He would smash Khan's melt in.

He was overrated going into the Garcia fight, though was still a very good fighter; IMO one of the best over the last decade to not win a major title.

The fact that he was the favorite and then proceeded to be beaten by Danny Garcia would suggest that at least at one point he was slightly overrated.

Considering that Khan barely survived Maidana, I think Khan - Matthysse would be a true 50/50.

He's better than Garcia. Danny should have had a point deduction, he was dirty. Weeks was the ref.

I'd have no problem with that matchup. Khan ain't the guy that fought Maidana anymore though and I doubt he'd make it through another fight that tough without getting stopped.

I watched it, even if you'd deducted a point from Danny he still would've won IMO.

Right...which means even if he'd had a point deducted he still won.
