Who is Tony Bellew Going to Fight ?

Post by Evander »

Obvious names would be ...

Deontay Wilder
David Haye

Anyone else that generates that kind of coin ?

It's probably going to be David Haye.

But I would love to see him fight Ward. We were denied it in Creed but now is the time to settle the score.

That's quite the swing in weight.

Haye 210 Pounds
Wilder 240 Pounds

Ward 175 Pounds ?

Ward talked about 200 pounds after Kovalev 2. Though Bellew has nothing to offer him since he gave up the WBC.

At this point if Ward fought at 200 Pounds it would be weird as sh_t and almost like Floyd and that guy he's suppose to circus with.

Haye won't be ready, you don't recover that quick at his age.

Aside from Wilder, Haye, and Ward; he might also be interested in Anthony Joshua, David Price, Nathan Cleverly, Adonis Stevenson, Danny Green, Steve Cunningham, Marco Huck, Eric Molina, and Tomasz Adamek.

If Ward is going to fight David Haye I'm gonna laugh.

I think Bellew will fight... Charles Martin? Or if Hughie loses, perhaps Hughie Fury.

He said quite a few times Joshua is too big for him and he'd never fight him

I don't see why he wouldn't fight David Price. Price is already a fairly decent risk-reward ratio, given that he's always been severely overrated, too marketable for how bad he is, and literally anyone would beat him. Then you got the all-UK money multiplier, so it'd be even more lucrative.

He and David Price are huge friends dating back to their novice amateur days training together in Liverpool. They're also training partners .

I don't think Wilder has fought anywhere near 240 pounds,he's too thin

Bellew is being passed around like a spliff at a University fresher's party!

One minute he's fighting Haye, then it's Deontay Wilder, then it's Joseph Parker & now it's Andre Ward!

It wouldn't surprise me if he called out Lomachenko next, or failing that, digs up Sonny Liston & calls him out!

There is absolutely no point in Bellew fighting Price for several reasons apart from them being friends, price has had several bad defeats, doesn't hold any titles,is much bigger and it would never sell anywhere in the UK.

At his point in time, if it's not Haye I'd bet it's Ward. Parker tied up and Wilder is meant to fight Stiverne (I think)...

Bellew for me should have entered this Cruiserweight tournament for me, would have been a great way to end his career.

Outside shot....if Kovalev is moving to Cruiser I'd love to see him face Bellew.
