Kris Carslaw Retires

Post by Stuarty »

One of my mates just texted me Kris has decided to hang em up. Decent career and gave a good account of himself in the Rose fight despite being badly cut early on. Went to school and same gym afterwards for a while with Kris and he's a decent guy. Wish him well.

Always enjoyed watching Chris and he was a nice guy too, I wish him all the best in whatever he decides to do next. :bag: :TU:

Nice man is kris . I think having a family and stuff has maybe contributed to this and he was a regular sparring partner with Mike. Has a trade and worked throughout. Hope he can give back to boxers in the gym.

Yeah he's a joiner to trade mate. Think he was wanting to spend more time with his little ens. I'd seen him and Mike spar in Paisley a couple of times a few years back.

My best mate who was same weight as Kris used to have some cracking spars with Carslaw.

My best mate used to have some cracking spars with him. If my mate was looked after properly and had a bit more bottle he'd have been better. There was always talk of them fighting in the ams. I mind my mate pulled Kris in the pub one night as there was a lot of shite stirring going on but it was all fine. Two nicer guys you couldn't meet. Think it was just some hangers on stirring the pot tbh.
