If Jim Braddock vs. Mickey Walker vs. Tony Galento
If Jim Braddock vs. Mickey Walker vs. Tony Galento
I would like to know what happens if former world heavyweight champion Jim Braddock fight the former world welterweight and middleweight champion "The Toy Bulldog" Mickey Walker? Or I would like to know what happens if Walker goes toe-to-toe with "Two Ton" Tony Galento? Or I would like to know what happens if Jim Braddock fights "Two Ton" Tony Galento? What happens if all three best fighters from New Jersey each fight each other what would happen back then?
Well in each case I think you could sell tickets and people would pay to watch. I also am pretty sure there would be sports reporters to cover the action. Some concessioners would make some money and it would all end up in the sports page the following day. Also...People would put their bets up and money would change hands depending on who won and who lost.
The typical stuff that happens when these events take place.
Did I leave anything out?

Re: If Jim Braddock vs. Mickey Walker vs. Tony Galento
Walker would outpoint Galento comfortably. He would choose to box like he did vs. Ace Hudkins in their second fight. The first fight was a close toe-to-toe affair, so Mickey took no chances in the rematch and won by boxing and taking the dec. by a wide margin.kovit wrote:I would like to know what happens if former world heavyweight champion Jim Braddock fight the former world welterweight and middleweight champion "The Toy Bulldog" Mickey Walker? Ok shyguy help me out here. I have a hard time taking your posts seriously. Could you give me a little bit of background about yourself so I can get with the program when it comes to your questions?
Are you genuine boxing fan who is seeking knowledge about styles and statistics? Your questions are sometimes off the wall enough for me to think that your just kidding, however, so many people take you seriously that I have to ask out of respect at this point.
You have to admit you phrase some of those "fleet footer" questions pretty uniquely. Sorry to appear annoyed but half the time I'm laughing (no offense meant at this point) and half the time I'm just scratchin my head sayin "what the bleep"?. But if I understood where your coming from or your reasoning or rationale maybe I could let it go.
