I would not consider those headbutts. Glovebutts I suppose. It would be up to the ref how he / she decided regulate the behavior.

I am absolutely NOT an "expert." Just giving you my opinion of the vid.

Seems to me it was a perfect opportunity for your charge to learn how to deal with rough house adversity.

She's definitely using her head (regardless of whether you'd call it a headbutt), which I believe is against the rules. It wouldn't slide in a title fight.
