Carlos Monzon calls out our new Champ, Archie Moore.
Monzon believes that he could prove himself a stern test for our resident power puncher.

Nonpareil Jack Dempsey offers a MGM shot to Stanley Ketchel.
We agreed the fight last week - but let's do it this week.

Ray Robinson is interested in fighting:

3 Leonard Ray United States JuniorMiddleweight 1791.3
5 Mayweather Jr Floyd United States JuniorMiddleweight 1722.5
6 Hagler Marvin United States Middleweight 1690.6 (CPU Backup)
14 Dempsey NP Jack Ireland Middleweight 1570.6
19 Hopkins Bernard United States Middleweight 1510.6

I'll leave Hearns to Greb, who sadly is coming close to cpu managed territory. I'll keep Hagler for a possible computer backup, but if somebody else takes him, that's fine too.

Roberto Duran offers a shot at the 154 belt to:

31 Mazzinghi Sandro Italy JuniorMiddleweight 1287.8
32 Griffith Emile US Virgin Islands JuniorMiddleweight 1266.4
50 Wajima Koichi Japan JuniorMiddleweight 984.8 (CPU Backup)

They look like the highest rated guys not busy at the moment.

Freddie Steele is interested in fighting:

12 Walker Mickey United States Middleweight 1631.9
18 Ketchel Stanley United States Middleweight 1518.9
37 Norris Terry United States JuniorMiddleweight 1149.5 (CPU Backup)

Nino will fight McCallum a 3rd time

Tommy Ryan will rebuild against Ike Quartey this week

Harry Greb could use a slightly easier fight after such a grueling schedule for so many weeks, but he's coming for his title NEXT WEEK! Nobody gets to go around calling themselves Champ holding HIS titles based off of a f*cking fluke!

Greb will take on Shane Mosley this week.

instead of fighting Nino again right away, McCallum wants to fight Hearns while he's still managed.

Mickey Walker will accept the challenge from Freddie Steele

Bivins wants to settle his draw with Bernard Hopkins from all the way back in week 3

Griffith accepts despite looking like hot garbage against Angulo last week.

Ketchel has already made other plans though.

Let's do it. Ketchel was probably lucky to avoid Dempsey the way he fought last week, but he'll put him back in his place this time.

As for Holman, given how I complained about the result of the first fight I can't reasonably be satisfied with how the Cerdan rematch turned out. So if P4P1 wants the trilogy he has first refusal. Otherwise we'll likely just take a CPU TBD.

so its a civic holiday here in Canada, so I figure it's a good day to run some fights :yay: :box: I'm just going to run whats already been agreed to. so lets take a look at what we've got.....from what I can see we have

Robinson vs Hopkins
Ryan vs Quartey
Greb vs Mosley
Steele vs Walker
Duran vs Griffith (154 title)
NP Dempsey vs Ketchel (MGM)
Fitz vs Gibbons
Mazz vs ODH
Bivins vs Toney 2
Moore vs Monzon (World)
Darcy vs Whitaker (CPU)

also, Mike McCallum has stepped down from his place in the IBO title fight in order to challenge Thomas Hearns, the next in line is Gennady Golovkin, so we need confirmation there.

Crease - Julian Jackson
Fist of Legend - Mike McCallum
Gilgamesh - Nino Benvenuti
HyacinthusTurnipseed - Holman Williams

I think Mayweather and Jackson are on......we were only negotiating venues. No Belfast....but many other choices are acceptable.

And did you need some sort of approval for Golovkin and Hearns? if so it's a yes..... Or was MM on for that?

it seems they've already had a trilogy, they fought in the MDT with Cerdan winning a UD and then they fought the past 2 weeks, it 's 2-1 Cerdan

we need to know if Golovkin wants to step in and fight Benvenuti for the IBO title, McCallum was the first to challenge Hearns so if his manager doesn't show up that is the fight that will be made and GGG will have to find another opponent anyway.

and I'll wait till you and Crease can agree on the venue before I run Jackson vs Mayweather Jr.

Nino would have his hands full with GGG, but I think it'd be a good fight.

Ah, I completely forgot about the MDT! Well the offer will still be there later if P4P1 wants to go a fourth time. This week Holman will just take on Edison Miranda.

Ok...Golovkin and Benvenuti are on...if that remains open.

Crease always insists that GBP be given top priority and full latitude....so I'm sure he will be happy to accept alternative venues. We are also ok with Philadelphia.
