Mcgregors power
Mcgregors power
I have been a boxing trainer for 20 years and J have to admire mcgregor power 1 punch and it's gamer over, in predicting it takes 3 rounds for mcgregor to figure him out then in the forth he finishes it. Your right it is a mismatch conor will destroy him, well worth the money, 49-1

Re: Mcgregors power
We have no idea how his power will translate to boxing.
Larger gloves more skilled defensive fighters.
I think his power is over rated

Oh yeah? Well, I've been a boxing trainer for 21 years and I admire Conor's above average, blown out of proportion power. I guess you have to train boxing for a little over 20 years to understand that Conor has slim to no chance at landing a fight ending punch on Floyd. Anyhow, I'd venture to say Mosley and Cotto hit harder than Conor.Arsenal49 wrote:I have been a boxing trainer for 20 years and J have to admire mcgregor power 1 punch and it's gamer over, in predicting it takes 3 rounds for mcgregor to figure him out then in the forth he finishes it. Shouldn't you begetting Callum ready for the Super Series, not posting unjustifiable, unquantifiable garbage on a forum for fans?
And what is a proud liverpudlian doing with Arsenal in his id?

I'm Buddy McGirt.
Re: Mcgregors power
Funny thing is I've even seen MMA guys saying his power isn't anything special in boxing terms.
The gloves aren't as big an issue as people make out, they more effect your defence. However it's just specialization, boxer just focus a lot more at getting really good at punching, whereas MMA guys have to split their focus with kicking, takedowns, grappling etc.
Boxing is narrower but with much more depth.

Must be the first Manc I've ever known who supports Arsenal.Arsenal49 wrote:Joe GallagherCovfefe wrote:What's your name, Arsenal49?
Re: Mcgregors power
Conor's power won't trouble Mayweather one bit. Nate Diaz blocks punches with his face and Conor couldn't knock him out. I don't care how big Nate is, you give Canelo those 4oz gloves and if he hit Diaz with the same shots McGregor did, does anyone really think Diaz would be conscious after a round or two? He'd be hospitalised. 100%.

You can't be, Buddy McGirt would never have written that without saying 'baby' at the end.MachoTime wrote:I'm Buddy McGirt.

Your Spartacus
And if you would just trim your darn toenails, you would look great in those sandals.
There is no point in debating Connor's power when he isn't going to land.
Expect Roid Wifebeater Jr to dance around for 12, throwing the odd punch from distance and winning all 12 while the crowd boo's
