And since there's never been a fighter form Antarctica and never will be I think we can leave that one off
Technically, it's a sub-continent, so shouldn't count. But seeing as Jip clearly doesn't know fcuk all about the world map (I do like his passion though) let's include it.

Are there any fighting penguins or eskimos from the North Pole?
Hey yeah Bjork's from Iceland, that's Antarctica right

Note: I'm just kidding, I know Iceland is not in Antarctica for the record lol

Jip - Antartica is known as a continent broadly, but techincally it's a subcontinent and its shared by 40 odd different countries in different continents.

The clear definition of a sub continent would be the Indian Subcontinent, as its part of continental Asia.

A continent are defined as land masses (not floating masses) not population and have clear borders with oceans.

The Artic (North Pole) isn't a continent or Arctic isn't, as it's just a floating mass of ice.

The common understanding is that Antarctica is a continent but really, it isn't.

Sad as I am, I've just checked BoxRec and there hasn't been any boxers from Antartica or Greenland.

For reference, Madagascar is known a a micro continent.

Antarctica has no indigenous population (unless you count penguins), just scientists of different nationalities who are posted there for varying lengths of time.

I think we can get away with leaving them off the list altogether.

I don't think it's was serious. However, I've found that Antti Juntumaa and Reima Virtanen were born in the Arctic Circle (Finland).

Yeah. Good to know. So artic np is just floating mass, but antartica is part of earth.

And why do u feel antartica is no continent since it is a land mass. Because it doesnt have clear border bevause the ice is melting?
