Crawford by quite a substantial margin. For one, I think he's the best fighter in the world. More importantly he's about to face the consensus second best fighter in his division for the second time. Why isn't Golovkin on the list?

I think that we should wait for the result of Canelo's fight, because of that I have not put Golovkin on this list.
BTW, I have a great respect for GGG....

I voted for Loma but almost voted Crawford. Either are good answers, perhaps Crawford is a better answer.

None of the other guys on the poll really qualify. Has to be Crawford then.

Loma is dominant, but he hasn't beaten a top 5 guy or been any more dominant than Davis or Berchelt.

Ward and Joshua are clear #1's in their division but neither has been dominant in their wins that got them there.

If Usyk wins his next 3 fights comprehensively, he'd be your answer.

Crawford out of those...all the others have either been pushed by someone, or haven't fought the level of competition within the division to claim dominance.

Crawford's toughest fight was probably at 135 against Gamboa. I think he dropped 2-3 early rounds and got a bit rocked near the end, but even that was a beatdown.

If/when Crawford beats indongo he's literally cleared out the division

Loma has jumped weight with not so many fights at either so whilst he's unbelievable, he hasn't technically dominated a division as much

Joshua having beaten Wlad I expect to be the most dominant in the future, by virtue of fighting in the thinnest division talent wise. I expect him to run short of opponents the soonest

No and laughable.

For one, I think he's the best fighter in the world.

Doesn't mean anything.

More importantly he's about to face the consensus second best fighter in his division for the second time.

Weak division.

Why isn't Golovkin on the list?

Because he struggled hard against Jacobs and could be argued to have lost that fight. You are a laughable poster, and I always like destroying your comments. :bag:

Loma shouldn't even be ranked #1 in his division. We all think he's the best fighter, but Berchelt deserves the #1 ranking.

I thought you love record so much, record wise beating takatun, jupp, miura, vargas isnt as impressiv as beating martinez, walthers, sosa and marriaga!

Huh? Miura and vargas were top 5 in the division. Walters was a nice win overall. Doesn't say much in the division, but I did forget about that win. Makes it closer, still an edge to Berchelt.

Tak & jupp are nobodys. Miura & vargas top 5.
Sosa, some ranks had him #1 in the division. Walthers around 5-10. Than martinez & maraga who are okay oponents. Clearly overall the last 4 opponents of loma were better than berchelts. On top of of loma looking super impressiv. From the quality standpoint i have rarly seen a better boxer than prime loma. He on that mayweather (against coralles version) league. Rare talent.

He beat walters easily and then he beat two guys that walters beat easily. I thought you were the quality over quantity guy? Either way, Berchelt and davis are equally as dominant. They're the guys he needs to beat to reach Crawford's level of dominance in their respective divisions.

Exactly quality over quantity. The last 4 loma opponents had more quality overall than berchelts last 4.

I never said otherwise that loma has to clean out the division. Since you know i like quality over record, from a pure quality standpoint loma is the best boxer in the world.

Loma is amazing, that's not the question posed in the thread. As for Sosa, Martinez, Walters & marriega being better than Vargas & Miura. I disagree.

If you agree that he hasn't beaten the top guys, then you should agree that Crawford is the answer to the question. I don't think Loma is better than him anyway. So by the question, or by the way you read the question; my answer is the same.

In terms of quality and dominance loma #1
In terms nof who was the most dominant on record boxing the best than it should be thurman. Defeating danny garcia & shawn porter is more impressiv than beating stiff postol, molina and felix.

Thurman didn't dominate either of them. You're all over the place. Oh well, have a good one I'm hitting the pool.

Its harder to look dominant against a level than against b-c level opponents. Loma looked way more dominant than anybody reacently.

I didn't read you right. Yes Thurman has better wins than Crawford or Loma. I don't particularly care when it comes to P4P. I think like you with those rankings. I had Spence top 10 before Brook. I have him #2 now, just behind Bud. I think both of them beat Thurman. Divisional rankings are different, that's strictly resume and Thurman would clearly rank #1 at Welter. Now I'm out.

Guillermo Rigondeaux, despite his last victory by KO in the first round was unfairly taken away from him.

I think AJ is the best from this list, Usyk beïng second.
