The IBF as ordered a super featherweight eliminator between #3 ranked Billy Dib and #7 ranked Francisco Fonseca.

The current IBF champion is undefeated Gervonta Davis.

Fonseca gets to go straight to a Davis fight...he will be facing him on the Mayweather undercard. Neither Fonseca nor Dib deserve a title shot in my opinion. Dib seems to have a good relationship with the IBF

Yeah I was about to say how in the hell is Dib ranked #3 by anybody? That's insanity. He's done nothing of note in a long time.

The IBF, I think more than the other major sanctioning bodies, have a tendency to recycle their former champs and title challengers. Dib hasn't scored a good win in years and was quickly knocked out the last time he fought a notable opponent.
